Terms

Service Hive responsibilities: 
1) Promote vendor exclusively in business and area agreed upon, 2) Submit lead details to vendor immediately, 3) Follow up with lead and vendor to offer assistance.

Payment Terms: 
The vendor agrees to pay Service Hive as follows:
When the work is completed with the customer, the vendor will supply a copy of paid invoice to Service Hive and remit payment with in 5 business days. Method of Payment: Venmo, Zelle or bank check.

Vendor Responsibilities: 
The Vendor will respond promptly and professionally when given a lead from Service Hive

Confidentiality: 
Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the term of this Agreement confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

Termination: 
This Agreement may be terminated by either party with 10 days written notice. In the event of termination, the Vendor will pay Service Hive for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

Warranties and Representations: 
The Vendor warrants that the services provided will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner and in accordance with industry standards.

Entire Agreement: 
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
